As for the Wii sub-menu backup, it encrypts the data in NAND:/title/XXXXXXXX/YYYYYYYY, and store it under SD:/private/wii/title/AAAA/data.bin, when AAAA is the game's ID4. If you extract a bootmii dump by Showmiiwads, it will show almost the same as Dolphin's Wii Directory. Dolphin's user/Wii directory is the same as that of a Wii's NAND. XXXXXXXX may be different depending on if the game is a Wii Shop Channel download(Legit downloaded or pirated), or a Disk based game, while YYYYYYYY is the game's ID4 ASCII in hex. This means this save data is extracted from NAND:/title/XXXXXXXX/YYYYYYYY. That's why a SGM dumped save data is stored in a 16-digit folder named XXXXXXXXYYYYYYYY. Save game manager backup/install save data directly into the corresponding place in the NAND.
